When you register to become a subscriber, you agree to provide accurate, reliable and complete information about yourself. You acknowledge that if your registration data is false, inaccurate, not current or incomplete in any respect, we reserve the right to revoke your subscription and prohibit your access.

This service is strictly for the personal use of the individual subscribers. Our daily informational email can not be sold or forwarded to any third party; it can not be reproduced in any form on any other website or networked computer environment for any purpose without our permission. We reserve the right to stop or cancel any subscription who fails to conform to these conditions.

You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. Providing your username and the password for a third party constitutes a breach of this agreement. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Ontario Job Watcher account. You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses. This shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. You can continue using our service by selecting one of our subscription plans.

The daily informational e-mail includes links to various job openings across Ontario. Since these are usually posted on employer’s web site, we have no control about their authenticity and content. That is the research that you need to perform to your own satisfaction. For this reason we will assume no responsibility about the content of any web page which this site is linked.

By creating an account on Ontario Job Watcher, you agree to receive communication from us via e-mail. From time to time we run special promotions just for our registered customers. With your consent we will send you email notification of these promotions and other special events.You agree to hold us harmless for any inconvenience that arises to you as a result of these communications. If you wish to cancel your account with us and not receive further mailings, send a blank email to , with the word REMOVE in the subject line. If you still receive mailings, please write us at . Even if we work towards offering you the most pertinent information, we can not make any guarantee that by using our service you will find the job that you are looking for. While we look for jobs throughout the Province of Ontario, there are naturally a greater number and variety of jobs available where the population density is higher. That’s why we offer a free trial so you can verify our ability to meet your needs

Subscription fees are not refundable in whole or in part, even in the event your account is terminated. In the event of termination, your account will remain active through the end of the subscription term.
